Capital & Technology
I scale companies at the intersection of capital and technology.
I translate between tech and business — so technical decisions pay off in ARR, margin and capital efficiency, not just in architecture diagrams.

What I bring
Three perspectives that rarely come together in one person — which is exactly what makes translation between tech teams and capital providers possible.
Systems & teams that scale with the business
Building architectures and organizations that grow with the business, not against it. From hands-on CTO practice, not from a textbook.
Fluent in MRR, ARR & unit economics
Translating technical decisions into the metrics that actually move leadership and capital providers — and back again.
The view from the other side of the table
As a part-time investor, I see first-hand what actually matters to investors when it comes to growth, metrics and capital efficiency.

Scaling Is a Capital Question, Not a Tech Question
Why the decisions that matter most for scaling rarely happen in code review — they happen where technology meets capital efficiency.
About
I'm Managing Director & CTO at MOBIKO, where I've scaled systems, teams and the company itself through several growth phases. My actual focus isn't technology alone, though — it's the translation between tech and business: understanding how a technical decision plays out in growth, margin and capital efficiency, and vice versa, how a capital decision plays out technically.
As a part-time investor, I regularly sit on the other side of the table and see how investors actually evaluate companies. As a mentor, I pass that on to founders and tech leaders facing exactly these scaling questions.
