A 30-minute call that became a strategic partnership
Employees should be able to expense fuel and charging just as easily as everything else in their budget. I reached out to ryd's CTO because I saw potential — at the same time, he reached out to me for the same reason. A call planned for 30 minutes became the MOBIKO x ryd partnership: digital, tax-free fuel and charging vouchers, redeemable across Europe.
Public transit built directly into the mobility budget
With the Rhein-Main Verkehrsverbund (RMV) and further partners such as SSB and MVG, I brought public transit directly into the MOBIKO budget — so employees use buses and trains as naturally as their own car.
A security management system the team actually lives by
Existing tools didn't fit how we work, so a small team at MOBIKO and I built our own, connected ISMS — TÜV Nord certified under ISO 27001, not just paperwork.
From bi-annual releases to multiple deployments a day
A complete overhaul of MOBIKO's development process — away from rare, risky releases toward multiple deployments a day that raised productivity and product quality at the same time.
The Path
14 years from SAP apprentice to Managing Director — no university degree, but continuous customer and business responsibility all the way: from SAP consulting through CRM and ITSM projects to team leadership, before joining MOBIKO in 2020, first as Head of Tech, then as Managing Director & CTO.
